Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other footwear categories (safety shoes, walking shoes, summer sandals, wellingtons) are eligible for returns.

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Non-Returnable Items
